Here at MTR Lofts ltd, we are the only southeast loft converter who offer 3 different ways to build your loft conversion. All packages inc, full architects plans, full building regulations with site visits and structural calculations. Most other loft conversion firms do not inc these in their quotes..

This is our luxury package. This build is for the client to sit back, put their feet up and let us do the build. The professional fees, the build, the carpet and paint are all included in the quote.

This is our most popular package. This package is where the client likes to get a bit more included in the build. The paint and carpet is not included and we will leave you with a plaster finish and a chipboard floor.

This package may be our cheapest but in no way do we cut any corners with this package. This is for the hands on client. We will build a water tight shell and the drop the scaffolding. Ready for the client to take over the build and finish the project.
